Hey- Just wanted some advice on my split. I scaled back and so far I am liking it. I can get a lot more effort with less to do each day. Have a question on good mornings vs SLDL (or similar). Is there a day the GM's would work BETTER on? I know it will work a lot of the same muscles, but being its potential as a heavier movement (and more needed recovery time) Is there a day that would be better to use the good mornings and why do you think so?
