training split while on a keto diet????

I'm just wondering what kind of training split to use while on a keto diet? Curently, i'm using a six day split. working each muscle once every six days.

IM ON A CKD DIET RIGHT NOW. I WORKOUT 5-6 DAYS A WEEK. IM MAKING ALOT OF PROGRESS TOO. I DO 1 MUSCLE GROOP EACH TIME I TRAIN, AND 30 MIN OF CARDIO AT THE END. THE WEIGHT TRAINING IS NO MORE THAN 45 MIN A SESSION.

How do you check if you're in ketosis all the time? If you're using Ketostix, do you show ketones after workout also??? Thanx
 
USUALLY JUST AFTER A WORKOUT ILL SHOW A TRACE OR NOTHING ON KETO STIX. BUT WITHIN A COUPLE HOURS IM SHOWING MODERATE ON THE STIX. IM GETTING A GLUCOMITER SOON, IT WILL BE MORE ACURATE. BUT IF YOU ARE NOT SHOWING KETOSIS ON THE STICK IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE NOT IN IT.
