I probably should have posted this in the training area but this board gets more traffic. I've noticed for the last couple of weeks that my form is just kind of weird on bench press lately. So today I went to a vertical bench press machine and did one arm at a time. With my right arm I could do 15 reps of a weight. With my left arm using the same weight I could do only 6. This explains my weird form. How do I get my left side up to my right? This is frustrating. My upper body is symmetrical. This only happens on bench. I did it with an incline machine too. Same results. Does anyone have any suggestions? SHould I just stick with dumbells for a while?
