Training Help......

Stunner2

New member
Just wanted to know, started training for cuts.

I've been working in the 15 to 20 rep range - 3 - 4 sets.
My question is, do you choose a weight that the last few reps are really tough and you can barelly finnish or a weight that you can complete the set with approx. 65 -75% force.

Diet is good and alternating between cardio and weight days. Also using ECA

Any advice
Thanks

Don't bother w/ high reps. Keep the reps like you would when your trying to build muscle.

You want to keep the muscle you have not sacrifice it for weighted cardio which is essentially what your doing.

Watch your diet, and mabe throw in some cardio but don't change the way you lift.

Agreed. I sick of hearing this crap... oh i needa get cut so I go for reps. The reason you ain't cut is because you fat... watch what you eat... that's the best advice i can give you and of course lift heavier.

P.S. sorry for being harsher than normal but I just got into an arguement about it and it got me going.
