I have come up with several exercises to train my lower body and glutes.
Squats
lunges
step ups
deadlifts
reverse lunges
I feel like I am weak in that area and want to improve it over the next month. I was thinking of hitting this workout program 1-2X per week and doing 3 sets each. Is this too heavy volume for someone who is training only 6 months so far?
