J jerald prada New member Dec 27, 2017 #1 what type of training would you recommend for a 100 meter sprinter guys? I have good muscle on my legs but some guys at the camp with skinnier legs kick my butt in the 100 meters competition.

stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator Dec 27, 2017 #2 sprinters get faster by sprinting.. crazy concept i know. you never want to over train but you do need to train often. i would do a lot of 50M sprints and 200M tempo sprints. this will help you improve your runs. make sure you get as lean as possible
