i need to be trainin for that myself, especially stones, never loaded any of them, only picked up a 185 once

good work bud, after the contest im really excited to see you next month.

one thing, wrap something around that bar if your trying to imitate the conans wheel. its just like grip. the wider your hands are the harder it is to grip something, compared to when you can close your hands more.

using just the bar i can do a 3 rep max squat of the pins with 365 lbs on the bar. but i can barley pick up 275 in the same position when i put those pads for squating on the bar. it will make a world of differnence.

hey thats free advice, now you have no excuse for when you get to B folds.
