Training Biceps -- The Right Way

Great read Nelson.....I needed that kind of advice for an adjustment to my biceps routine, gonna change it up n see how the results go......I never was a fan of preacher curls n now I know why they never seemed to aid in my arm growth....lol
 
Spot on as usual. Great read Nelson. I am one of those people that cannot get a bi pump to save my ass. Always trying jacked up angles to take my delt and brachi out of it.
This little trick you mentioned and different grip pullups (which i can do now after dropping 40lb of lard) will be my only direct Bi work.
 
If this routine is as effective as the Nelson Montana calf workout, then I'm all in.............

Bought both BLB and BBT back when I first joined EF. Never made the connection when you answered a few of my posts that you were the author (been a while) though the name sounded familiar. Great info in both!
