Torn ligaments on cycle

stop immediately, hit pct, and do exactly what your doctor says.

And above all have patience and dont hit the gear again until youre 100%. You got time, its only 5 weeks in and that means you will be able to hit the next cycle all the more soon since you didnt finish this one. Given, of course, you are completely healed and 100% at that time.

Is there no way I could, rest for a week. Then do some cardio, train legs and arms to start off with, then gradually start back with my normal training, going light?

You didnt listen to our advice when we told you not to do a cycle. You ignoredbit and got hurt..

Now you are ignoring our advice again. This is like talking to a wall

Not ignoring it, just seeing if there is other options. How do I look up my previous posts? Don't remember anyone telling me not to take them.

it doesnt matter at this point, you have a serious orthopaedic problem now and there is no shortcut around it.

1.Stop cycle immediately
2. PCT
3. Do EXACTLY what your orthopaedic doctor says to do.
4. No shortcuts or you WILL have a bigger problem than you have now.
5. You have a lot of time since youre young so learn some patience.

Ive had 4 major orthopaedic surgeries in the last decade and im glad I followed my docs advice each time to avoid long term problems to get where i am now able to train hard as i want and cycle.

well i give you credit.. you sure are acting like a warrior with a torn ligament trying to push through it.

however why didn't you act like that when you were healthy before steroids?

now that you are on steroids suddenly you want to push the issue, it doesn't work like that.. you are gonna fuck your body even more bro..

Being on a cycle of steroids is the absolute last situation to try and push through an injury, least of all a torn ligament.
