topical yohimbine vs NYC stack

whats better for when you first start off a cutting cycle? an NYC stack like adipokinetix or topical yohimbine like lipoderm-y?

my guess was that adipo would be good at the beginning of the stack and then use lipoderm-y near the end to get rid of those trouble spots

as well i also got a huge bottle of EC pills, would it be a good idea to alternate between EC and NYC every week? thanks for any ideas

Unless you know you have trouble spots (or start your cutting cycles at 10% bodyfat), go with a regular fat burner/appetite suppressant until you are fairly lean.
