I'm going to try these out for joint pain and tendonitis.

What's the best kind? What do you use? bengay, flexall? Also, what is capsaicin and how does that work? I've heard some people say that's strong stuff but it works well.

Equi-tite has capaicin in it which is for athritis and heavy duty heat, even in the shower trying to wash it off, Blue-Heat has menthol and other crap in it that smells minty and gives a hot/cold sensation that is good for warming up better. B-fold had a link in a thread about the same stuff in the training section. Oh and these are all made for horses-which means it's same stuff lower cost. $10 for capacin(sp) 1ounce stuff at Kroger's when 16oz's cost 15 bucks for Equi-tite-not sure of the cost for Blue Heat but we have them in 1-Gal jugs laying around.

Has anyone used the equiblock? It seems to have more cap. in it. Just curious if it would work better.

Either will work well, the Equi block I think is more for pain relief, That shit gets hot so watch out.
