Bench (Incline or flat, doesn't matter)
Clean and press, although I don't do it much. But I REALLY like it when I do.

Power cleans (although I'm not doing these right now)
pulldowns (not too fond of pullups sometimes)
T-bar rows



I also like triceps pressdowns cuz they are fun, and I like the way my triceps feel when they are pumped up real nice.....but I'm not doing these right now either

3. Military press but have now found the beauty in snatch and clean
4. Dips
5. Chins
