too much at a time -calories..??

Is it okay to eat a meal thats like 1500 calories at a time???... i mean im trying to get as much in as possible... being a hardgainer and such.. can my body process that ??

Your body will process it...as fat. Try breaking up your meals more. Jay Cutler eats 12 times a day! You don't have to do that, but you get the idea.

Ive heard that too.. Thats like a meal every hour!

Havent you ever eaten McDonalds? I usually get a double quarter meal and thats 1700 cals for the whole thing. I try to make sure each meal I have is about 800-1000 cals and I eat about 8-10 times a day. Surprisingly enough though, Ive stopped gaining. Im burning it just as fast as Im getting it in.

Bro thats hardcore eating

800 x 8-10 times a day? 6,400 to 8,000 calories on the low end. Thats tought to do...well for me it is. And to be burning it tooooo....I wish I had that kind of metabalism
 
wow.. well i guess a big meal of 1500 plus 6 others a day would be alright... im like 8%bf can see my bones, i doubt i'll keep much of it as fat :mix:

Yeah, but the truth is, Im actually training harder than Ive ever trained in my life the past yr or so.
