Is it okay to eat a meal thats like 1500 calories at a time???... i mean im trying to get as much in as possible... being a hardgainer and such.. can my body process that ??

Havent you ever eaten McDonalds? I usually get a double quarter meal and thats 1700 cals for the whole thing. I try to make sure each meal I have is about 800-1000 cals and I eat about 8-10 times a day. Surprisingly enough though, Ive stopped gaining. Im burning it just as fast as Im getting it in.

800 x 8-10 times a day? 6,400 to 8,000 calories on the low end. Thats tought to do...well for me it is. And to be burning it tooooo....I wish I had that kind of metabalism
