Tonning exercise wheel and abs

Anyone tried this little gizmo?
I heard some guys that they get great ab workout using this little wheel!

It costs just $8..

Any opinions/?

i have one and use it frequently in addition to ab excercises at the gym. it is not an easy excercise at all thought (for me at least). and mine only cost $6.

do you go to a gym? i'm sure they have adequate equipment there. besides the secret to having a six pack is diet, not ab machines. ab machines won't remove a layer of flab, which is what most of the public fails to understandwhen they purchase those gizmos.
