Look into Glutamine. It's an amino acid. Take 10 -15 grams of it after your workout. It doesn't hurt to take 5 grams at night before bed. Make sure you are taking it with your protein. Creatine also helps you recover. I take 10-15 grams a day. I usually take 10 before workout and 5 after.
Glutamine is the king though. Cuts my soreness in half, if not more.
