Just wondering what to do?I'm losing weight but my skin is becoming very saggy in ereas where I've lost alot of weight, I can feel the definition in the muscle but the skin is still preventing definition to show. Any Ideas!!
Thanks! I've read in the muscular enhancement newsletter that the "Hulkster Jr." recomends going in the sauna for fifteen minutes then coming out patting dry and going back in. This goes on for multipal sessions three times weekly.
I have not tried this because I thought mabey this will only reduce subcontanious water retention. Perhapse someone has tried this before and could give me feedback.
The idea behind this tecnique is that its like baking a chicken in the oven and the skin tightens as it is heated. Call me crazy! But he recomended this on his newsletter.
