C cman New member May 31, 2001 #1 Today i decided enoughs a enough and did not take any ephedrine. I've been taking it for almost 4years straight with the odd week off. I feel it is very addicting, and am glad I am off it, it makes me very edgey and irritable.

C cman New member May 31, 2001 #3 I want to stay off as long as possible. Atleast a few months. Yes it is very effective, I could eat basically anything and I wouldn't put on fat.
