You may be locking your arms in the bent position towards the end of the movement and doing a static tricep press with the weight instead of finishing off the rowing motion.

like i said to each his own. What works for me might not work for you. But i am having incredible natural results doing this. I am starting a cycle this week sometime and am going to continue this and ill let you know.

Butit looks like my bis did a total 180.

i hear you and it makes sense, but my form is very good.

i'm thinking perhaps my triceps are not proportionally strong to the biceps and thus the stretch in the eccentric position may responsible for that soreness feeling????

Yes very hard to tell there are many variables. Sometimes when I do a body part say... tris Monday and then on Tuesday I do back My tris sort of "wake up" and get sore from doing other things due to heavy work, where they otherwise would not have been sore.

I`m not sure if I explained myself well there.

Corvettedude- I agree with others that it`s too much volume and I am VERY CERTAIN you can`t keep up that volume indefinately, but of course you should stick with it until it stops working. I`m sure the jolt to your bis are being rewarded now but will eventually stop from overtraining. I believe this is the jolt you need at this point. Ride it as long as you can, but be ultrasensitive to your body`s reactions of your daily/weekly routine.
