......How many sets do you like to do when "on". I basically do the same exercises with the same rest periods in betwen, but like to throw in one more exercise with 3 sets of it. For instance if on back day I usually do:
5x5 deads
3x10 pullups
3x10 bent over rows
But if I'm on the sauce I would do:
5x5 deads
3x10 pullups
3x10 bent over rows
*3x10 of a different exercise each week.
What about you guys??
