The PVL whey isolate i had the other night tasted great .. it was the lemon ice tea one ... i know they have a host of other flavours but i can't comment on those yet ..

The package i got disolved in 20 OZ of water , you could'nt tell the difference between it and any ice tea mix you buy in the supermarket ... no floaties , no lumps and the consistancy stayed the same as water .

Tastes that good? And there is no sugar? Is there Splenda in it or something?

DUDE!! I just tried The METRX berry blast and that shit is awesome!!! I actually spend the money at the GYM and have them make it for me...Id rather spend the money than do the dishes....im a guy living in a pretty nice apt by myself...I dont like doin dishes...
