I was getting to the point of dreading the daily protien shake because it was a thick goo of milk that was like trying to swallow dough .... I even felt like shit after downing it .
This one i try'ed last night was just like drinking a glass of ice tea .. you would never know it had a lick of protein powder , well , at least not what i'm use too ... LOL
So the moral of todays story seems to be " vairiety is the spice of life " , i'm now looking forward to trying some of the suggestions on this thread ..
