Stretching is part of his program, but if you think that's what causes all the great results, and that it has nothing to do with an outstanding program for strength/size coupled with a great diet then you're even stupider than I thought.
You're right, you're not going to go there on protein. Because I remember you saying "over 1g/pound gets converted to glucose" Then DC replied to show him ONE applicable study on the matter, and then proceeded to illustrate multiple studies that higher intakes resulted in higher gains, including a Russian study with 4+ g per kilogram BW showing improved gains as well.
