There are no reload days. Just a reload hour assuming you are already in ketosis. In Mr. X's TKD program you consume between 40-50 grams of carbs before your workout, so when you are finished lifting you have burned those carbs and go back into ketosis. Other TKD programs advocate a 40 gram carbup before and after you workout. In my expreince a post workout carb up intake makes it difficult to get back into ketosis quickly. Thus, in my opinion, its not worth it. CKD is the program that has reload or carbup days.
