Ok so I need to roll down to grab some Spiropent, I was fortunate enough to get some here in SD but its time to get back on it. Is there anything I should look for regarding getting across without raising suspicion? Is walking better than driving? I just need personal use amounts Im not talking cases you know.

Any info would be appreciated.

After reading the legal board my understanding is that if a medication is not an approved drug in the US then you can import a 90 day supply without a prescription. But checkout the law forum and be certain.

Clen is not an approved US drug.

I hear that if you take those quick tour buses that go across to just drop people off in tourist traps, you won't be searched. it's worth trying without any gear, and seeing if it's true or not.

Clen is not an approved US drug.

Clen is actually different. It was approved by the FDA originally but then banned for use in humans, not the same thing as an unapproved drug. The good news is that it isn't on the scheduled drugs list, so it is hit or miss on whether someone will let you through with them. Generally, they don't like "diet" drugs brought back from Mexico, since most are amphetimenes.

Actually, it shouldn't, you are right.

However we have seen that the application and administration of rules and justice at the border does not, in many instances, rely strictly upon the facts and letter of the law, but more upon the whims of a given Border Patrol or Customs Agent.

For some wierd reason, people who do use the bus DO tend to get hassled a bit less. Makes no sense - it just works that way.

But, regardless ........

This question has no businss being on the boards anyway. What is being asked is specifc advice to break the law and smuggle goods across the border - which leaves the boards at risk and also places individuals at risk.

Plus, if someone DID have advice about how to hide or bring anything across that way ... how long do you think it would work if it was all over the boards?

To say nothng of the fact that it would not be good if some people used such means to bring other things across (think terrorists wanting to smuggle god-knows-what).

So ..... its better that this thread be closed, moved, and/or locked anyay.

i claimed some clen in laredo, they asked what it was for and i told them asthma. no problem, i brought back 3 boxes that way. i would still be precautious though.
