My Pecks are built but too flabby when i'm not flexin them.....anyone got a good workout that will help this.......i was thinking about using the cutting gel....any good ideas would be helpful
hit chest with different variations everytime you train especially emphasize DB presses to get a wider stretch and also hit decline as well as incline with 6 sets of presses and the rest flys and crossovers.
I had the same problem, in fact still working on it. But anyway, Decline bench and dumbbell presses, helped me firm up that area, also, I have cut my BF and there is a noticable improvement in apperance.
