Arioch, just out of curiosity how much do you bench? I know you can pull a shit load and your squat is good too but you always dog on yourself about your bench. Just curious.

Have finally done better than that in training, so I am actually looking forward to Dec.

And that was after 20 years of training.
 
Arioch, have you registered for Daytona yet? I ddin't see you on the list. Waiting to make sure your parts stay pinned together? :lmao:

BTW...very nice bench. I thought you were a "bad" bencher!!
 
Not yet. My injuries are touch and go, and if I register, I will be twice as pissed if something goes wrong.

It was only in the last few years that I have actually been able to admit that I am not industructible.

And I know lifetime drug free 181 pound lifters who out bench me. Double bodyweight should be reasonable for a lifter in the 242's, and well over that is quite common.
