tired thru middle of workout?

I seem to get in into the gym with good energy, do a 5min cardio session and
jump into training, for the first 10 min get a good pump into the first few sets then I seem to crash and get really tired, which last for another 20-30min, then after that I get some more steady energy back which seems more normal than the burst at the beginning.....dunno whats the deal here, anyone have this happen also?
I always eat a light meal before w/o, train in the morning at 8am and take some sort of caffeine always before w/o.

Try sipping some dextrose when the fatigue starts. It might give you some instant energy until the later energy comes online.

I'd take it a step further and consume a dextrose/whey protein right before, during and after lifting (if not cutting anyway). What does your workout look like? And is the cardio done beforehand light? Just to warm up?

Why are you eating just a light meal before you lift? Pre-workout nutrition is arguably just as important as post-wo nutrition. You need to make sure to have plenty of carbs and protein before you lift so you will have sustanied energy throughout your workout. Also, since you lift in the morning, your havent had nutrients in your body for 8+ hours while you were sleeping so in effect pre-wo nutrition is even more important for you. I suggest a whole foods meal 45-60mins before lifting or a liquid meal 15-30 mins before. Something like 1 cup of oats and 10 egg whites or a scoop of whey, fruits, and oats in a shake would work.

I have two cups oatmeal, banana and some milk right after waking up, then head to the gym one hour after.....
I do 5min light cardio and then jump into training, where I do a couple light sets for each exercise to warm up. Also, the part when I get tired I start gasping for air a lot, like if out of breath.

something VERY similar has been happening to me...i'm doing the single factor 5x5 routine...and i'm fine for my first exercise (usually squat) but by the end of squats im DEAD tired...and then i do bench and i feel so exhausted so i have to do less weight on deads because i don't want to risk injury doing the exercise with wrong form because i'm too tired to do them correctly...then i do abs and leave really tired...

i usually have alot of water with me at the gym..but i usually dont eat anything pre-workout because as soon as i wake up i head to the gym...and i'm not hungry at all when i first wake up...

How much caffeine are you taking?

defintley enough carbs, but the protein seems low. add some egg whites, whey, chicke, etc

Get yourself one of these... I've only had mine about 3 weeks, but already noticing a substantial difference. The thing that made the quickest difference was rather than to adjust the difficulty of the powerbreath itself, was to excercise whilst using it (like walking up and down stairs, adding dumbells and using arms as well) - forces your body to breath harder.... anyway here's the link:

I started sipping a sports drink at the gym and it's made a huge difference.
