Tips for protien intake? Looking for at least 200grams

I'm finding it difficult as hell to get the right amount of protein intake. I demolish chicken and turkey breasts like a made man, and scoops of iso whey, and I can never really get over 150grams a day. Anyone willing to help me out with a "mock meal plan" for a day to achieve at least 200grams of protein? I would prefer 250grams if you could.
For example, my skinless lean chicken/turkey breats yield about 30grams of protein each, I usually have one breast in my meals about 3x a day. My Whey isolate yields around 30grams per service, I have 2 servings after training, and capping out around 150-170~ grams per day...I just can't seem to understand how someone can get that much protein in! please help meeee!

A "serving" of chicken for me is typically 12 ounces, which yields 90+ grams of protein. If you're only getting 30 grams of protein in your serving of chicken, eat larger portions.

Lunch 8oz chicken 45g
Post workout 2 scoops of whey.....50g
Dinner 8oz chicken 45g

Well, that gives u 140g right there, with breakfast, a mid morning meal, a mid afternoon meal, and a bedtime protein source left

There's a very rough suggestion

250g of lean beef (steak) for breakfast with a handful of almonds
2-3 boiled eggs for mid morning snack
145g tin of tuna with salad or steamed veg
Afternoon snack Greek yoghurt
Dinner 200-300g of chicken with roast or steamed veg
Plus ur protein shake and ur almost there bro!
Mix the meals up during the week have chicken breast for breakfast or turkey a couple times, bacon and eggs,
Do some research on food protein guide, it's seriously easy and just adjust portion size to suit! And don't forget heaps of greens!!!

Thanks for all the tips guys, it seems I just need to jack up my portions, been eating small meals since I'm cutting, but I guess I really do need to eat larger portions. I have alot of fear of losing too much muscle during this cut, since I'm looking to lose such a dramatic amount of weight. Thanks again for the input, really helps me out

Upping lean protein won't affect your calories too much. And your overall calories can be cut back by eliminating some carbs/fats in exchange. Post a sample day of what you would eat and we can all give you some advice on how to adjust it to stay below maintenance (since you're cutting) while still keeping protein up.

I would love to, but the problem is I don't have a scale, so I don't think what I tell you what I'm eating would be much help without exact weight(right?) Im in between jobs right now so dont rly have the extra cash to buy one yet
