good pct and eat more than when you were on....lift hard as hell try to stay with the same weights, maybe keep goin heavier too but dont injure yourself.

I did good this run with hcg, nolva and aromasin. 1 month later started igf and now 2 weeks into the igf/gh I'm two pounds more than my highest weight while on my aas cycle, and more lean too. IGF is a great follow up during pct to maintain gains.

so Hcg clomid nola aifm is perfect pct? Dont clomid and nolva do similar things

I'm going to go against the grain and tell you to back off on te training volume. You're body is NOT going to be able to maintain the same intensity and quick recovery times. Most people who try to keep their workout the same end up in an overtrained state.

My $0.02

Agreed, reduce volume but keep lifting heavy. If you're an 8-12-rep lifter, drop down to five or six reps for a few weeks and keep trying to add weight to the bar week to week without failure. If you're a five-rep lifter, work triples for a while, find your new 1RM over the course of two or three weeks of working fewer reps.

Drop down to three days and concentrate on the compound lifts. Pretend you're a powerlifter and forget about "the pump", drop sets and supersets and your "arms day" and, again, don't train to failure. Don't drop calories until your PCT is well and truly over.

how can anyone recommend lifting as hard on cycle as when off? test levels are at supraphysiological levels when on, hence the big gains in strength. when you come off and these levels drop the strength is gonna go down also. if you keep pushing your looking at tendon issues. be careful and really monitor your body for injury signals if this is the way your going with your training. again, i wouldnt recommend it though. it's better to continue to train but drop the max effort training style for a few months and let your body reach homeostasis first. once you feel your good to push then take it up again. i owe alot of tendinitis to trying to keep going after pct with the heavy weight.

Once you get off you will drop a little weight no matter what. Just keep eating good and training hard and get ready for your next cycle.

eat and rest more

than when you were on

Keep your cycle short and really bulk while on. With low dose tren and prop for a 6 weeker I went from 205 to 233 and that was with taking a little letro. I know a good amount of that was water. I tapered down with injected formestane afterwards and was only shut down for about a week. 1.5 weeks after last shot, sex drive back up etc. And, after dieting, training more frequently (i.e. beginning contest prep) for 3.5 weeks I'm down to 216, lean as I was at 205 if not more so. Just my 2 cents.
