Agreed, reduce volume but keep lifting heavy. If you're an 8-12-rep lifter, drop down to five or six reps for a few weeks and keep trying to add weight to the bar week to week without failure. If you're a five-rep lifter, work triples for a while, find your new 1RM over the course of two or three weeks of working fewer reps.JeremyD said:I'm going to go against the grain and tell you to back off on te training volume.
