Hey bros, with all the recent posts about GH and the numerous ones in which new users, having spent mucho $’s, nervously ask when they will see some results so they know they have good product, I thought it might be valuable to chime in with signs they can look for to ID legit product.
First thing is to realize that you won’t see any major results for atleast a month or two and sometimes much longer. So body comp. and fat loss are a bad indicator since you’ll be heavily invested in the GH long before you can make any call with this method.
For me, and it is an individual thing, GH results almost immediately in several symptoms. First, is the classic numbness is the hands and wrists. For those who haven’t experienced it, its like when you lay wrong and your arm falls asleep. Its most common at night. Another indicator I experience is extremely vivid dreams. They seem to start from the time I put my head down until I get up again and they are ridiculously life-like. I can wake up and make a protein shake brush my teeth and go back to sleep and the suckers will pick right up again like a paused DVD, I kid you not. I’m sure these vary from person to person, but a lot of fellow users mention similar forms of these indicators.
A more concrete indicator I have noticed takes a little longer to manifest, but its easier to spot. After a few weeks I notice a marked acceleration of hair growth. Shave in the morning and by night time its grown way more than usual. Additionally, I have my hair cut at regular appointments with the same barber, and he made the comment that my hair had grown an unbelievable amount, way more than usual in the same amount of time. This symptom I’ll bet is universal and way less subjective than the previous ones, so its probably a good indicator.
Lastly, some will notice a sensitivity to carbs particularly immediately after they administer the GH. The response is due to high blood sugar as the GH reduces the insulin sensitivity and thus limits the shuttling of the sugar out of the blood stream. I hesitate to mention this b/c I do not experience it myself, though many bros do. As with most symptoms, its not universally present and varies among individuals.
To wrap up, I remember someone posting an excellent bit of advice. I don’t remember who, but they advised a newbie that the best way to know your GH (or any product) is legit, is to know your source is legit. Those are words to live by. Hope this helps and maybe some bros can add any other observations or advice they might have.
