Pre workout Shake 30 minutes before Gym:
30g/whey
15-20g/Maltrodextrin
Caffein 200mg.
I noticed the same effects as you, i did not fatigue as easy. Even though i work till failure, after failure i would be able to still throw up 1-3 more reps with alittle rest.
I dont know if i felt STRONGER but i did feel more energetic.
I use the caffein for the mental focus and energy in the gym, but i feel the preworkout had a nice effect. I plan on continuing this for the rest of my bulker.\
Oh and, Post Workout Shake as well, same as above, just minus the caffein.
I'll let eveyrone know how it goes.
