Time for a new routine...

I have always believed in switching up routines..

i want to try a 5 day a week monday through friday type program. semi high volume and see what it does for me

one of the main reasons i want to try this is just to get in the gym more.. and MAYBE see some fat loss benefits..

i know this is not the optimal routine for me but i want to give it a try and see how i do.. i used this approach a few years back for a while and gained some lbm and lost almost all my body fat (6-7% w/o juice and NO CARDIO)

so i was gonna try
mon chest 10 sets
tues back 10 sets
wed leg 10 sets
thurs chest tri shoulder .. 1-2 chest 2-3 tri 2-3 shoulders
fri back 2 sets bis 2 sets traps 4 sets
sat sun REST & EAT

again i know this isnt the optimal program but i want to give it a try for a few weeks..

since i havent done a mon-friday program i would like some suggestions on body part breakdowns and number of sets/exercises to perfrom...

or any other advice for this type of program....

EDIT: btw i will probably be on 500mg of test weekly while doing this...
