Time for a little GH in my life, need acounts for those who used it for lean mass

in late April I plan on running a 4 month anavar, HGH, insulin, test, eq experience...

still doing the research, but I like everything that I have read.

just throw me some ideas if you have used HGH to gain lean with in conjunction with slin and aas.

also what about clen, does help with HGH?


BTW I have spent the last 3 days reading every thread about HGH on every board...theres so much to read.
 
I have used GH quite a bit while off cycle (ie many months) and the last thing I would expect from GH is mass(and im in mid 30's). What most people dont seem to understand is GH is not an anabolic hormone perse' but a diabetogenic hormone which works in oppostion to insulin.
 
Zyg- there is alot of debate about this, but from what I have read in conjunction with anabolics and slin GH will add solid lean mass that is permenent over time.

perhaps from real life acounts this is not the case?
 
Dont get me wrong I like GH, I just think the effects for mass building are overrated. Many of the guys, like you stated , post great gains when on cycle but the tructh of the matter is that usually there is so much AAS piled in the cycle they would make killer gains anyways. I feel I have a pretty thurough knowledge of GH and have used it on and off cycle as well. I also realize GH can increase IGF-1 etc and is partially responsible for cell proliferation as well as diferentation but there is very little factual evidence to back up gains from GH due to proliferation and differentation beyond anecdotal ones, especially fror trained athletes like most people here. Most of the studies show fat loss and mass gain for untrained people and also usually include newly added exercise to their lifestyle so its hard to correleate gains between them and us. Granted we are not all the same so maybe I am in the minority but for me GH offers little in the way of fat loss or mass gains at doses I can handle without sides and beleive me you dont want the sides, they make life miserable and take some time to fade (like 4+ weeks). I do however love GH because of the extra energy, clear thought, skin tone, better sleeping habbits and overall feeling of well being. It allows me to really slough on diet with no side effects such as fat gain but it doesnt help me lose fat very well.
 
GH is a total waste of money.

Zyg has it 100% right. The only thing I would add is that that "leaness" that's acheived is due to the "anti-insulogenic" effect. In other words, it eats up glucose, hich allows you to eat more carbs and still burn fat but it also leaves you lethargic. Taking it with insulin is beyond idiotic because you have two compounds doing opposite things.

The greatest effect of GH comes form it's RELEASE, not its presense in the bloodstream. So sleeping and squatting is a much more effective form of GH. If you want to know what GH feels like, cut your carbs and take 500 mgs of ALA along with 20 mgs of vanadyl sulfate. Your blood sugar will nosedive. That's all it does, regardless to whatever some 280 pound lunkhead swears.
 
I am 23 and have been using GH for 3 months at 3-4 iu's ED. I love the stuff. Using Serostim Holograms, gonna try the Somajects to see if there is a difference.

I started using the GH two weeks after I front loaded test and EQ. Was using papervar also. I went from 220 to 245-250 in around 3 weeks. A lot of water. About 5 weeks into the cycle I switched from 600mg test, 600mg EQ, 7 squares of paper var to 750mg test and 40 mg var, and 1 tab of aromasin. Now I am down to 228 and I have a lot better abs. I hit all around my waist with the GH. I think it does have spot fat reduction. I feel great and all of the other postive effects of GH.

In my opinion GH should be used for cutting/ lean mass gains.

I will be switching to 100mg tren ED and 400mg test/ week for 6 weeks on Monday. Then take some time off. Will be using the GH thoughout. If you can afford it, go for it.
 
You haven't a clue what the fuck you're talking about. You're on over a gram of gear a week and you think the GH is working for you? Do you even realize how ridiculous that statement is?

You think GH spot reduces at the site of injection? Yeah, keep telling yourself that.
 
While I do think Nelson was a tad harsh I must say I do have a tendancy to agree with him on this topic. Its nearly impossible to judge the success of a cycle while still on a cycle and you post proved it. You went up 25-30lbs in three weeks just to drop 17 of it after switching things up a bit and adding aromasin? How can you specifically account any one item for any of the gains at present? Now, adipocytes do have GH receptors and GH binding is what causes lipolisys, but how much can be attributed to spot reduction is hard to judge, kind of like spot injecting AAS. The only true way for someone to judge how GH affects them is if they have done and identicle cycle and followed the identicle diet, once with GH and once without. Just running a larger cycle and adding GH simply leaves you guessing at what is causing what.

Once again, im not against GH, I like it, but as I have said for some time, if you dont have money to burn, its best spent elsewhere because I think many of the claims people make are overstated.
 
Nelson, I respect your opinion and believe that you know what your talking about. But, to tell me that I don't know what I talking about is a little out of line. HI was asking for accounts of people who have used it. I was telling him my experience. I have done test and EQ before at those doses before. The results were the same. I did not account my gains to the GH, alone. It wasn't until I switched to test, var, and aromasin that I started to see the results that I wanted. I can tell the difference in the cycles with the GH and without it. I would rather use the GH in the cycle than go without it, but, hey everyones different.

I do believe that it spot reduces fat, and I do like the GH in the cycle.
