Tight hips

I feel super tight in my hips when I do certain ab exercises to the point that it hurts. Do you recommend I see someone about that?
 
not good man.. lack of mobility will lead to injuries

my lack of mobility in my shoulders + lifting led to my rotator cuff failing

i would recommend HOT YOGA. learn hip stretches and start doing them every day after your workout.
 
these type stretch exercise pre-workout, modified to be more dynamic than in this video, have helped my bad hip mobility problems. but it took me working on hip mobility for like 4 months now and still progressing

Start doing yoga on your off days. It's awesome. Everyone could benefit from doing more stretching.

Plus, yoga classes are full of cute girls.
 
I am a huge fan of stretching. Start by doing 15 minutes first thing in the AM, 15-30 minutes after workouts, and 15 minutes right before bed. Makes a huge difference for me.
