Since when is it "legal" to buy prescription medications through an online source? It isn't legal at all, but until the FDA actually comes and shuts these types of places down, they will continue to flourish. The "loophole" that AncillaryGuys are using is that their "chemicals" are for "research purposes" only, not for human ingestion. It's all about the fine print, but legally it is not legal; but like all things, people are going to do what they want eventually.

So I guess then that the answer to my original question was:

NO - one does not NEED a script to obtain Cialis, they need only go to "xyz.com".

That being said, there's no guaruntee that you'll receive what you ordered and no way to get your money back.....
