this is unbelievable, just found out i was never legally married

all we had was what the court gave us when thy mried us that day. they never filed it so ater 30 days it becae null and void. but we had the paperwork from that day showing we were maried that day. but the court never filed it so its in their error. we did our part. oh well.

Paper is just a paper. What really matters is what you had swear to each other on the altar. You are married with or w/o the paper :)

well the down side is that sucks, mentally it does but on the plus side if you do decide to split technically you would just have to move out and you could avoid things like allamony(sp) b/c you were never "legally" married. Although to be honest if she sued you would probably lose, but never the less if you were considering splitting up it makes things alot easier. Sorry bro
