He's not drunk he's got something wrong with him. I suspect he was a victim of testicular cancer. The skin on his face looks like he went through heavy chemo. And he has a script for testosterone so I suspect he had his testicles removed. I could be totally wrong because I am basing this on just a little bit of information. But he does look like he has gone through chemo.

I wondered if this could be the case when I saw it also. But something is wrong with his skin. There doesn't seem to be much elasticity in it.
