Why wouldn't I have it in cash? You ever tried to buy something say off craigslist with a personal check bro? It doesn't work that way. Not to mention the fact that if someone is asking say $10 grand for an item and you show up with 9k in cash they will almost always sell it and take the money.

This boat i'm going to look at Saturday the guy originally wanted 12,500 for and i'm going to end up picking it up for 9k. I'll be able to sell it for 13-15 all day long.

There is so much fraud with Cashiers checks anymore not many people will except them, and a lot of the stuff I purchase is on the spot so I don't have time to be running around getting cashiers checks and shit.
