This couldnt have come at a worse time!

I am now in week 4 of test cyp cycle.

I have had some issues with my stomach for about a year now, and finally my doctor had an answer for me and this is where it gets bad.

I am on a strict diet of legumes, vegetables, and some fruit.
no potatoes at all, rice is ok, and only soba noodles. i am allowed fish and turkey.

I am not to eat any red meat, and no whey protein, no mass gainer shakes, no protein shakes at all. No milk.

So here i am in middle of a cycle, which by the way is the second cycle, and i was kicking ass.

Does anyone have any ideas what things might compensate for lack of all the stuff i cant eat now? everything the doctor took me off of, is what i ate in my last cycle and i gained 14lbs.

If i can not drink a protein shake immediatly after a workout, what do i do now?

u can still have chicken, fish, turkey, right? eat that. might not be as quickly digested but it will get the job done. problem solved!

can u still have high glycemic carbs?
 
minor bump bro ..you could replace the whey with powdered egg protein and more BCAA's ..if you can't find usable replacement carbs then eat more quality fat for lost carb calories

Just joking bud :) what is wrong with your stomach that would warrant such a strict diet?

Fish
Chicken
(dog?)
etc. etc.

Nelson may have some imput on what would be best to take post workout if you cannot have a protein shake

liquid egg whites...u can drink them straight from the carton
 
Just eat more of what you are able to... Don't let this obstacle stop you!! Find what works for you and stick with it.

there are mny options dont worry,,,,TUNA, FISH, NUTS, EGGS
