I am now in week 4 of test cyp cycle.
I have had some issues with my stomach for about a year now, and finally my doctor had an answer for me and this is where it gets bad.
I am on a strict diet of legumes, vegetables, and some fruit.
no potatoes at all, rice is ok, and only soba noodles. i am allowed fish and turkey.
I am not to eat any red meat, and no whey protein, no mass gainer shakes, no protein shakes at all. No milk.
So here i am in middle of a cycle, which by the way is the second cycle, and i was kicking ass.
Does anyone have any ideas what things might compensate for lack of all the stuff i cant eat now? everything the doctor took me off of, is what i ate in my last cycle and i gained 14lbs.
If i can not drink a protein shake immediatly after a workout, what do i do now?
