lol i was gonna go chairman.. i asked if i could send a wire for chairman.. i would have paid off an entire year..

but then i got banned for one of the dumbest reasons on the planet.. so i figged instead of paying for plat/chairman ill just give the money to someone on this forum who needs it..

According to an ex russian girlfriend all vodkas sold outside russia aren't that good compared to a vodka that is made in a certain part of russia which is not exported and will not be exported anywhere. I know there are some super vodkas out there like that but they don't count.

calveless and jnev know what they're talking about. I've seen it too. And I'm starting to see some of them lose it all. It was just too easy to make a ton of money in the last few years in the mortgage biz. Those that were young and new to it just spent and spent. At least this kid bought a house...but then he bought all those high dollar cars, and guarantee he financed them (or leased). He will have nothing to show for his meager efforts in a year or two.

He probably didn't put anything down on the house either, so he'll be lucky to break even when he tries to dump it in a saturated market after realtor and title fees. Some realtors and L.O.'s I know are shitting themselves because they built spec homes and now they're stuck with them.

Back in late 2003, at the same time I started working for EF, I was being courted by a HUGE Mortgage firm. One of my rowdawgs from HS was working there. The kid was a HS dropout with a GED, he started working in the mail room at the company around 01, and ended up running his own team of Spanish-speaking broker(first one in the whole company).

You're forgetting that commissions are taxed at 37%, so he's got closer to $13K, then his house payment which, with escrows in CA could be around $4K/ mo in that sweet option arm that's now at 9%, only paying maybe 1.5%. The TT Porsche alone is probably $2K, the other two cars are probably another $1,600. I'm thinking an H2 and a 5 series. My cell is usually around $500, so I'm sure he's close to that. I'll bet he has a shitload more on credit to fill his house, so probably another $3,500 in minimum payments on double digit credit card debt. I bet he's using cards to pay his cards.

I think the reason we are "hating" is because he looks like a wanna be gangsta...and NOT a "professional" businessman. I'm guessing you didn't post these ridiculous pics out of your admiration for him either.

I'd be embarassed to say, "look there's my loan officer -- hey (my 30-40 yr. old professional friends and family) you guys should use him, he's great. Go ahead, trust him with your single largest financial decision. He's a respectable businessman. He'll help you through the process, he really knows this business...etc., etc." You know, how you talk up someone you're referring.
