This brown rice sucks.

Can't stand the taste of this brown rice I'm eating! What are some ways to make it more flavorful and all around enjoyable?
 
I like basmati brown rice. They are long grains and soft. Remember that it takes much longer to cook brown rice compared to white rice.
 
Could add some low sodium soy sauce (sparingly) to flavor it up. Perhaps even some fat free cream cheese or fat free sour cream depending on what you're eating the rice with. Sometimes even a fat free/low fat salad dressing or feta cheese. Plenty of options.
 
Sriracha hot chili sauce. Not sure of the nutrition of it, but I am addicted to it so don't care :)

Cook the rice in chicken or veggie stock with herbs or something.

I prefer a brown rice/wild rice mix. Cooking it with broth instead of water is also a great suggestion. I also add a touch of olive or coconut oil to the broth before cooking, and try a proper rice cooker instead of stovetop. Easier to get it perfectly cooked that way. I didn't like brown rice either until I did all of the above. Now I love it!
 
tha fat free cream cheese is prolly awesome.
I was gonna say add reduced or fat free parmesan. Parm does wonders to veggies, rice, potatoes.

I always eat brown rice with grilled chicken/pork/fish and have some veggies on the side. That's how I learn love it. I also discovered that frying it with garlic and salt after you have cooked it by boiling) also makes it better tasting.
 
Not sure if this has been said but my FAVORITE thing to do is to put a bunch of cinnamon and stevia on the brown rice its super tasty, or put franks hot sauce and also stevia with it , VERY good and tasty combinations.

Basmati brown rice is the way to go. Anything else tastes like cardboard. Buying in 1 lb. bags is okay, but it's best to buy it in bulk if you can get it that way... I've tried bags and bulk, and the bulk is always much better. Bulk is also a little more expensive, and with better taste tells me it's a little better quality.

Try it with some low sodium soy... it's amazing!

Really sorry to say this but there is no way to make brown rice tasty, I am sharing my views because i am suffering from same problem.
 
There are numerous amounts of fitness exercises that you can do to improve your fitness level. Depending on what you want to achieve, you can go to do simple exercises you can do already and do not need any special equipment to join a gym and use more specialized equipment.

Once you have taken the time to determine your goals of health and fitness, the best way to decide what fitness exercises you want to do is follow the five components of fitness (cardiovascular, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and composition body).

Here is a look at some exercises you can do for each component.

1.) For cardiovascular health, the best exercises are aerobic exercises. In other words, an exercise that is of low intensity, but requires a large amount of oxygen for an extended period. In general, aerobic activity should last at least 20 minutes. Of course, there are many recreational activities that are enjoyable and aerobic in nature. Some examples are: running, swimming, cycling, skating, dancing and walking speed. Apart from these activities, one of the easiest ways to get a good aerobic workout is to get an aerobic workout video. A simple Internet search should provide more than enough options.

For artists and athletes, it may be necessary to separate the next two components of fitness. But for ordinary people, it is probably not necessary, but of course, you can work on each component separately if desired.

Two.) Muscular endurance exercises are the opposite of cardio (aerobic). From muscle endurance exercises are anaerobic, which means they have a high intensity for a short period of time so you do not require a lot of oxygen. Some examples of exercises to help you improve your muscular endurance are pushups, sit-ups, push-ups, sprints, circuit strength training high repetition.
 
Honestly, I've switched from primarily brown to white jasmine or basmatti. As long as you are eating it with meat and a veggie, you won't get the glycemic spike (unless that's what you want). I often times will throw a little avocado & hot sauce in with it. Just get creative with it!!
