Thinking of endurance cycle.

I was looking into EPO for a little bit but then came across GW501516 and i have to say i'm pretty excited to get this thing on the road. I have read a couple of logs found through google and am thoroughly impressed. I plan on doing 5mg orally in the morning before doing cardio/going to school, and then an additional 5mg orally in the evening before my weight training.
Now, i do play rugby and we train Tuesday and Thursdays at 7pm and Wednesdays at 6am. Should i adjust the frequency/time of dose around these practices? [Rugby training consists of plenty of cardio and plyometrics as well as sprints]

TL;DR:
Going to do GW501516 5mg orally morning and preworkout. Every day for 8 weeks.
Also going to do S4 50mg orally every day for 8 weeks as well.

Just got done with PCT after 14 wks Test Cyp pyramiding up to 700mg a week and 12 wks Deca staying consistently at 400mg a week.

What's everyone's thoughts on this? I will update with information on these two chem's as i come across it and post sources. Also will post a log w/ progress pictures when it comes time. GET EXCITED!
 
I've used sarmssearch GW and am completely impressed. It will definitely do what you're looking to do as far as endurance. Look for it to kick in within a week or so!
 
Dont take epo. Do run a sarms stack for endurance.

Yep, I love SS's GW. Ran it myself varied from 10-20mg daily and experienced pretty awesome results. Running their S4 right now, and as usual, loving it
 
Wow it's been a while since i posted. Sorry bout that. The good news is that i'm 2 weeks into my GW cycle and i love it.

I started off at around 235 pounds and am now 228lbs - 232lbs. Granted, i have gone from purely weight lifting and no cardio to the start of the rugby season and also have started every workout with a 10 minute jog. I do feel like my endurance and recovery are far better than they have ever been, making me very excited to up the dosage to 10mg a day in about 2 weeks.
As far as my diet, i do not really have too much structure to it. I am blessed to have a rather high metabolism so i do not worry about much. I eat 3-5 times a day, until i'm full and usually then some after that. I DO plan on beginning a structured diet this next week since i have more of a routine with school and rugby. I'll follow up with it.
My workout routine is 2-3 times a week (besides 2 hour rugby practice). Split is Upper and Lower body, mostly compound and no nonsense power moves.
I'll try and start taking weekly pictures so as to see muscle hardness and fat loss.

Good for you. I love my SS GW, it makes cardio a breeze. If you're looking for muscle hardening, I'd add S4 to your regimen.

10-20 mg day is optimal dosing... keep your dosing split 12 hours apart for optimal endurance... hit one of your doses about 30 minutes before cardio... gw is truly fucking amazing...
