The "you need to eat a lot on steroids" myth

Steroids are growth drugs. Using them for anti catabolic reasons is like using vintage wine for salad dressing.

500 mgs a week and an extra 200 mgs of protein will grow more muscle than 1000 mgs a week in a calorie deficit.

Calorie intake depends on each person. High quality protein is the most important nutrient, the chain of aminoacids that rebuild the muscle fiber. An average high school kid today, eating fast food, sancks and fountain drinks every day, consume more calories than Arnold when he was young. The difference? quality of nutrients.
 
on cycle I eat not thinking how much im eating, I just make sure the food is clean and that im never hungry. Keep eating steak, chicken, whey protein = = = muscle ))) I will leave the science part for IFBB's and scientists
 
If this were true, then all the pro bodybuilders would not be eating 7000+ calories in their off season. Sorry, but you are wrong my friend. Steroids make use of the nutrients you put in your body more efficiently therefore faster. So you would need to eat more to take advantage of that effect.
