I agree with this. My friend and I were discussing it tonight. He supports stricter gun laws. That shit won't work here. The bad guys are always gonna get the guns. If just one person had had a concealed gun on them, many lives could have been saved tonight.

agree with your second paragraph. He likely hit a bunch of moving targets as well, very difficult to do unless trained.

My guess is some sort of jacketed hollow point.
Damn the shooter for being effective. My sorrow and regrets to all those he victimized.
In my Glocks I carry Speer Gold Dot +P. It would be valueable to know how effective these loads are in live fire events.
The FBI will compile the data for their research, but that doesn't mean the law abiding consumer will be privy to that info.
Bite me is right - one law abiding citizen with a concealed weapon (or one cop with balls) could have saved dozens of lives.
