C&C is not for fitness guru's. Oh my bad. I thought this whole web site was dedicated to those of superior physical fitness. I know you and my boy Jon are truely Elite physically, but I kinda wonder sometimes how 99.9% of these over weight, outa work fucks stumble onto a site like this. LOL Hope you been doing good, I been out of pocket for a day or two, but its starting to cool back down now for a second hopefully. Looking gorgeous as ever in the Avi, girlfriend.:evil:

lol, yea. When I stumbled onto here, I was more of just a runner.... but I became quickly jealous of the gunz(like bikinimom's) that some of the ladies were packin... so I had to go from lean to lean and MEAN.
Jon is tha bomb. But you already knew that. I just had to throw in my 2cents.
I hope you get a nice, long break, soon. The weather is 2nice to be working.

I have been playing World of Warcraft for about 10 minutes.
Started out kinda sweet.... til I tried to kill a grem/goblin type thing. It straight up shanked me.... twice. Finally, I wentup a level and killed about 4 of them.
Some other brutha came up and helped me with one and I got invited to a group and stuff.
So, yea. Thats my night... so far.
