The time is near...

Alright...today I went and had my body composition checked. This was the first time I have finally been able to have it done by means of dunk tank (Hydrostatic)!

Well, more like laying in a tricep push-up position on this metal rack in the tub, toes on top of rear bar so you are suspended in the water by your hands and toes. The rack is connected to a scale which is connected to the ceiling of the truck. The guy who was testing me was hell of cool, told me to blow all the air out as I lowered myself into the tub, face under water while blowing all air out (my little girl Sierra was sitting in front of me when I was doing this and laughing everytime I went under water...we were laughing!)...then he would yell "blow" and I would blow as hard as I could getting all air out of my lungs so my dody would float in the water on top of this scale...fat floats remember!

When I first got in the tub, Sierra said "he sinks like a rock!"...Aeron (testing technician) said "that's good!" She was laughing! So we did this 3 times to get 3 readings for the most accurate measurement...and let me just say I was blown away at the results (no pun intended!):

Maintenance: 3981

I honestly told him I thought I was goping to be around 12-13% or low teens...I got down under 10%, and with some weeks to spare...as I will be starting this cycle last week of August...just getting some priorities set, make sure everything is lined up, family is on board, and it is time for dad to get stage ready again!

I honestly would like to build up some lagging areas of my physique (legs always, calves, triceps, shoulders, upper chest...long muscles), when I post before photos in my log, you will see what I am talking about.

My goal is to walk on stage in July 2013 at:

220-225 lbs @ 2% bodyfat

So a decrease of 16.7 lbs of fat, and an increase in 16-21 lbs of LBM in 12 months. I can do this! I may have to run the break time inbetween cycles a little short, but I may be able to swing this shit!!!

I have had 2-2nd Place finishes at this competition I will compete in (2005 & 2007)...I want 1st and Overall!!! Even if I take it in the Masters Division, I want this for myself...and for my family!!! I want to show my little girl what you can do when you put your mind, heart, and soul into it...what you can achieve, as I always tell her " you can do whatever you put your mind to, and you can!!!"

So, you guys in for this ride with me? Are you going to keep on my ass and don't let me slack?? Don't let me get comfortable???

I will represent Elite, Need to Build Muscle, Powerchews, Powerhouse Gym, HMB, and the West Family!!! I will be the Alpha Male!!!

I will compile all of this information in my introduction of my log, my journey, my war...to my next competition and I will not let any body down...especially my little girl!!!

LH: 17.7 mIU/ml...a little high due to very low estrogen levels at moment, will be fine.
Cholesterol: 141 mg/dL
Triglyceride: 45 mg/dL
HDL: 42 mg/dL
LDL: 90 mg/dL
Cholesterol: HDL ratio: 3.4
Prolactin: 9.7 ng/ml
PSA, Total: 0.54 ng/ml

**20+ years lifting experience, 3 Bodybuilding competitions

Goal is to put on 16-21 lbs of LBM, and lose 16.7 lbs of fat.

Concentrating on building more size on my legs, upperchest, arms...mainly triceps, shoulders, and tighten core and midsection.

I am planning on competing in July 2013, this will be 1 of 2 cycles leading up to competiton:

On cycle Support Supplements:

1-16 N2 Guard 7 caps ED (split dose throughout day…take first dose 2- 3 hours after T-bol & Anavar)
1-16 Forged Liver (Recommended dose throughout cycle for extra liver protection)
1-16 Forged Joint Repair (2 caps ED morn/even)
1-16 Krill 2 caps ED (split dose morn/even…with meals)
1-16 Fish Oil caps ED (split dose morn/even…with meals)
5-16 HCGenerate 5 caps ED (split dose 3 caps morn/2 caps evening)
1-16 Creatine Nitrate (8 caps ED, 4 pre/post workout)
1-16 Need2Slin (4 caps ED, spread with carb meals throughout the day)

The cycle:

1-16 test C 500mg EW (split 250mg Mon-Thurs)
1-16 EQ 600mg EW (split 300mg Mon-Thurs)
1-16 Aromasin 12.5mg ED...if needed bump dose or lower duration
1-16 Proviron 75mg ED (split dose every 8 hours)
1-6 Tbol 60mg ED (split dose 20mg every 8 hours)...may bump to 80mg last 2 weeks
16-18 HCG 500 IU EOD (10 injections = 5000 IU)
13-18 Anavar 60mg ED (first 4 weeks) then 80mg ED (last 2 weeks)

PCT:

17-22 Unleashed 6 caps ED (split dose 2 cap morn/noon/even) first week, then 3 caps ED (split dose)
17-22 Post cycle 6 caps ED (split dose 2 cap morn/even) first week, then 3 caps ED (split dose)
19-22 Clomid 50/25/25/25...or 12.5mg ED (will feel this out...since running 4 compounds)
17-24 Forma Stanzol (10 pumps ED first 6 weeks, 6 pumps ED last 2 weeks)

The more I look at this the more excited I get...I know some of you are saying "a lot of support supplements", or "too excessive"...but for me it is about doing this for longevity, healthy, safely for my families sake, and because I believe in this design...and I have had many knowledgeable brothers critique it, made the tweaks, and this is the FINAL design for the first cycle.

Don't ask about the second cycle yet...have some solid ideas, but still in design by my master designer himself...requested to remain annonymous!

you know i'll be following as well brotha, stats look impressive...under 10% to start, can't ask for much more than that...are you gonna get bloodwork done mid cycle as well? would def be interested to see that....:evil:

There you fucking are...about time lol! Yeah, very pleased with 9.4% to start with, we always preach to be under 10% before starting a cycle...need to lead by example brotha! I will get blood work done in November sometime in the beginning...and bodyfat tested again around same time.

Am going to do this right...textbook protocol!!!

Alright everyone, here is the link to my log! I went ahead and posted it 2 weeks early to do some precautionary front loading of some liver and prostate protection, as well as get geared up for the day...August 27th!

Hope you will all follow along, and I hope to make this as meticulously detailed of a log as Dylans...maybe I will just do my best lol!!!
