The Ten Biggest Frauds In Bodybuilding

Transporter, Variation... you guys are hilarious. I guess every top pro in bodybuilding is a stupid person, because they have a nutritionist or trainer? I am sure you guys are 230 pounds and ripped to the bone from the way you come off. I would really like to see some pictures of these rock hard physiques you must have developed using your superior intellect.

sure, I never said anyone that does swolecats diet is stupid and I never said I think every pro bodybuilder is stupid (though I think it's possible alot are..)

I just said that I think they can reach their goals on their own, dieting isn't rocket science.

It doesn't require use of a superior intellect to get low bodyfat and/or big muscles, and for some, it can be a lot easier due to genetic advantages.

There are a lot of guys that look great, but dumb as a door knob...

A good deal of things can be discovered by conditioned reactions, like when a child learns that fire burns, he may not be so ready to get so close next time.. of course people have studied these things, you can learn them from other people and apply them and see if they work for you, and how well... (process of knowledge and application).

The main reason I haven't posted any pics, to be honest... is that I don't have a cam.. and really haven't had a reason to.. I use to have a cam, it was my ex-gf's but I had given it back to her, anyways, when I had it I took some pics, so I have some old pics on my comp here... I guess I can post these if you want to see them, I'm not posting them to try and say look how massive I am, and try to compete with swolecat in any way... but since you asked...

here are some old (low quality) pics... 100% natural...

Dan Duchaine was a nice guy. A ball buster but so fucking smart is was scary.

:)

Dan never steered me wrong and after razzing me for a few months went farther out of his way to help me out than ever expected. He is missed.

how about billy phillips and his BULLSHIT contest. There is NO WAY even on gear that those people made those changes in 12 weeks. Absolutely scientifically impossible.

the guy is the biggest con man in bodybuilding EVER. Thats why he sold out and is sticking on 'writing'.

his rah rah rah oprah crap preys on the weak, the misguided, and the dreamers who'd rather read about being fit than actually pick up a weight.

This is bar-none the dummest thing I have ever read. In fact, we are all dumber for having read this.

I have personally made changes akin to BODYfor life in 12 weeks and so have many others who are serious about their goal. Period.

Nelson, what exactly happened with you over at T-Mag? I understand you might not wanna tell the whole world.

Also, could you give us a scoop on what it was like working with some of those people? Good and bad?

T-mag used be by far the best place for good info, its definitely gone down the hill in the past 2 years or so....

You pretty much nailed it. I get into the details in Bottom Line Bodybuilding, but here's the short version:

They started out great and decided to go in another direction. Charles Poliquin and I didn't like it, let it be known, and we left.

That's interesting, because I remember in the Atomic Dog after CP left, Luoma made it seem like Poliquin left because he had too much other stufr on his hands. He didn't say anything about him beign fired.

I didn't start reading T-Mag until about a year ago. Over the summer, since I had a lot of time on my hands, I started from issue one and tried to read every single issue; I got upto number 200 or so, before school started. I remember thinking one day I haven't seen any Nelson Montana articles in a bit; never heard anything mentioned about you again. It was like you just kind of disappeared.
