These aren't supplements, they're dietary foundations. The list looks good, with all that food a good multi is essential insurance. A good protein powder is also essential if you have problems eating massive amounts of protein from whole food sources. Fianlly, if you're a responder creatine is a good supp for getting those extra couple reps in. Personally, I would also add in some flax oil or fish oil unless you plan on eating a couple servings of oily fish(salmon sardines) per day.

Aside from protein powder for postworkout/MRP you don't really need to spend too much money on supps for bulking. Just eat a boatload of food...

You're missing the point, the implication was that he's focusing on supplements rather than core diet.

tuna
chicken
steak
hamburger
cottage cheese
protien shake
brown rice
oatmeal
whole wheat bread
kidney beans
eggs

whole wheat pasta only i'm assuming...

What's up everybody I'm new here to the boards. Just thought I throw my .02 in. I eat clean carbs and protein all day than protein shake w/glute during the workout and another with protein/glute/creatine after plus a drink a gallon of fatfree milk a day.

You said to take the above mentioned food instead of the supplements(since you quoted the original poster of that statement). Therefore, the implication was to not use the supplements. If you wanted say focus on your diet first then you should have said that.
