definately triple threat
The vanilla flavor is GREATTTT with oatmeal as a breakfast meal and post workout (4 scoops plain oatmeal with 2 scoops triple threat).
The chocolate flavor is good for regular shakes and NOT with oatmeal (i found this out this morning.)
I'm waiting for it to go on sale again so I can stock up.
buffalo meat!!!! it has a high amino acid content and very low fat as much fat as chicken. but protien powders it tri protein by biochem is good cause it has papaya enezyme and that helps to digest the protein but even better get it from food and take digestive enezymes
Try Optimum Nutrition - Pro Complex. It has an "ok" taste and is loaded with amino acids and a fairly new compound for protein digestion called aminogen. The 5lb jug is like $40 off of undergroundsports.com. Not a bad deal. It's plain whey with no perks except the enormous amount of amino acids.
